ABOUT MUTIARA CORN CO.
We're a small Malaysian farm with one stubborn belief: corn should reach your table tasting the way it tastes in the field — five minutes after picking,
How It Started
Mutiara Corn began on a single small plot, growing one thing only: pearl-white sweet corn, the variety Malaysians lovingly call jagung susu. The first time we bit into a raw cob straight off the stalk — juicy, milky, manis gila — we knew this was the corn everyone deserved to taste.
The problem? That taste fades fast. Corn starts losing its sweetness within hours of harvest. By the time most corn reaches a shelf, days have passed. So instead of growing more and storing longer, we did the opposite.
Cobs are picked at first light, when sugar levels are at their peak.
Every cob is checked. Only full, pearl-white cobs make it into your box.
Husk stays on to lock in moisture and sweetness during the journey.
Same-day in Klang Valley, 1–3 days across West Malaysia.
