SHIPPING POLICY

Every order is harvested and packed fresh — we never ship from old stock. Because of this, please note the processing and delivery times below.

Delivery Options

1. Express Shipping — Same-Day Delivery

• Available in Klang Valley only
• Orders placed before [12:00 PM] are delivered the same day; orders after the cutoff are delivered the next day
  

2. Standard Shipping

• Available throughout West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
• Delivery within 1–3 working days from dispatch
  

We do not currently ship to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) or internationally, as transit times would compromise the freshness of our corn.

Receiving Your Order

• Fresh corn is perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and refrigerate your corn as soon as it arrives to keep it pearl-fresh.
• You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched, with tracking details where applicable.
• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to refund orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but occasional delays due to weather, traffic, or courier issues may occur and are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll chase it down for you.
