RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mutiara Corn Co., every cob is harvested fresh to order. Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Refunds & Replacements for Defective Items
We will provide a full refund or one-to-one replacement if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective — for example: rotten or mouldy kernels, damaged packaging affecting the product, pest damage, or a wrong/incomplete order.
To be eligible, you must:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as freshness can no longer be verified.
- Provide clear proof. Send photos or a short video clearly showing the defect, together with your order number.
- Contact us at mutiaracornco@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – Order #[number]".
What Happens Next
- We will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.
- Approved claims will receive either a replacement in the next delivery batch or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind, or ordering the wrong item or quantity
- Natural variation in cob size, shape, or kernel pattern (it's fresh produce, not a factory product!)
- Product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery (please refrigerate your corn upon arrival)
- Orders left uncollected or unreceived at a correct delivery address
- Delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery, or without photo/video proof
